The
ListBoxused in aComboBoxraises itsSelectedIndexChangedonMouseDown, which closes theComboBoxdropdown. This causes the subsequentMouseUpevent to be processed by theForm/Controlthat was underneath theComboBoxwhich is not desired.Allow the
ComboBoxto set an internal property on theListBoxthat tells it to change theSelectedIndexChangedevent onMouseUpinstead. This appears to match Winforms behavior better as well.
