All sub-issues have shipped to
v2/mainfor v2.3.0. They were merged in this order: #5347 (#5156), #5350 (#3985), #5382 (#3309), #5365 (#3130), #5396 (#1124, #4846) and #5389 (#3131). Before merging, they were proven together in rollup #5402: no conflicts, a fulllocal:gateexit 0, green CI, and per-contribution smoke tests in both protocol eras. #5210 and #5208 had already shipped in v2.2.0.
