Summary

Promote the lifecycle relationship integrity fixes from next to beta.

next → beta
  authoritative deprecation checks
  ordered relationship retirement
  preserved hierarchy and replacement links
  shared UI handling, regression tests, and documentation

Evidence

• Before: beta lacks the lifecycle changes in frontend PR fix: check relationships before deprecating objects #972.
  After: Git's simulated merge of next into beta succeeds without conflicts. GitHub Actions will validate the proposed merge.
