Temporary PR to validate the broken-links-checker.yml change that replaces tj-actions/changed-files with a built-in git diff. Contains test-docs/sample.md with one good and one broken relative link. Expectation: change-detection step outputs any_changed=true and all_changed_files=test-docs/sample.md, then lychee fails on the broken link. Delete after validation.
