HTTP Stream Strainer

This script intentionally causes load to HTTP a stream source and samples it
with VLC to see if the stream multiplex is okay.

DISCLAIMER:
This script is intended to heavily load http streams. Please do not use it 
without permission for the stream provider.

Requirements

* Python (developed with 2.7.3)

* VLC Python Bindings
