Verification note for the latest ESP32-C5 updates:

• ESP32-C5 build compatibility was added while preserving the recent ESP32-C61-specific paths.
• The local ESP-IDF component build now uses the in-tree M5GFX component instead of resolving m5stack/m5gfx through the component manager.
• Verified with ESP-IDF v5.5.4:
  • IDF_TARGET=esp32c5
  • build dir: /private/tmp/m5u_c5_build4
  • result: Project build complete
