RFC: NaaP Epic 3 Roadmap — Requesting Feedback

What is this?

This PR adds the Epic 3 Roadmap document for team review and discussion. Epic 3 is the next major milestone for the Livepeer network, covering multi-provider billing, SDK-driven metrics, agent-first infrastructure, GPU diversification, and agent-first DevX.

How to give feedback

1. Go to the Files changed tab
2. Click on any line in the roadmap to leave an inline comment on a specific section or episode
3. Use threaded replies to discuss specific points with the team
4. Submit your review with an overall assessment:
   • Comment — general thoughts, no formal approval
   • Approve — you're aligned with the direction
   • Request Changes — you have blocking concerns

What to focus on

• Episode scope & priorities — Are the right things in scope? Anything missing?
• Owner assignments — Do the episode owners make sense?
• Dependencies & risks — Any cross-episode dependencies or risks we should call out?
• Timeline — Is the 4-week timeframe realistic for the core scope?
• Demand generation angle — Does the e-briefing framing resonate?
