Add a small comment, others looks good! Could you record a loom video (or simply a video file) that showcase the changes will still make restaurant_agent.ts working normally (by swapping the llm to gemini RealtimeModel`?

simliar like it is already possible in the python lib: livekit/agents#3482
this exposes the toolBehavior and toolResponseScheduling parametre.
