Updates Hoodi testnet deployed-contract documentation by replacing the previously listed GateSeal addresses with the CircuitBreaker address and documenting which contracts it can pause and who can trigger those pauses.
Changes:
- Removed GateSeal blueprint/factory and GateSeal instance addresses from Hoodi’s active deployment sections.
- Added a new CircuitBreaker section including the CircuitBreaker address.
- Added a table enumerating covered pausable contracts and their authorized pausers.
