"Software should be a quiet, loyal tool in your hands — not an interrogation room in someone else's cloud."

Local-First Zero Telemetry Surveillance Refused Public & Verifiable

🪵 The Baseline: Who I Am & Why I Build

I am an independent, self-taught builder who arrived at software outside the standard computer science conveyor belt.

My thinking is rooted in humanities, regional socioeconomic structures, and empirical reality. Because of that background, I look at technology through a very different lens than the venture-backed mainstream:

  • Tools should respect human dignity. A hammer doesn't require a login; a pen doesn't send telemetry back to its manufacturer every time you write a sentence. Software should behave with the same quiet decency.
  • Data sovereignty belongs on your hardware. In an era saturated with surveillance capitalism—where every utility demands your phone number, logs your behavior, and rents you back access to your own thoughts—I build strictly on the Local-First frontier: 100% offline-capable, zero mandatory servers, zero data leakage.
  • Radical honesty over corporate theater. No buzzword bingo, no resume-driven bloated architectures, no fake performance metrics. If code works, it speaks for itself in plain sight.

🛡️ Flagship Artifact

🛡️ Privacy-First, Zero-Server Client-Side PII Sanitizer

"Sanitizing sensitive records by transmitting them to an unknown remote server isn't privacy — it's surveillance with clever branding."

  • Single-File Architecture: Pure HTML/CSS/JS with zero build steps or runtime lock-in. Runs inside air-gapped, offline security perimeters out of the box.
  • Rigorous Algorithmic Verification: Real-time checksum calculations via Chinese National Standard GB 11643 (National ID check digits) and the Luhn algorithm for bank cards, paired with adaptive column-header heuristic detection.
  • Accessible & Polished: Built with deliberate keyboard navigation (focus-visible), vestibular motion safety (prefers-reduced-motion), and clean print stylesheet stylesheets.

📐 Rules of Engagement (What I Will & Won't Do)

┌────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────┐
│ 1. ZERO TELEMETRY :: No trackers, no session replays, no beacons. │
│ 2. LOCAL COMPUTATION :: If client hardware can compute it, keep it. │
│  3. ZERO BLOAT         :: Never use 100MB of bloat when 30KB suffices. │
│ 4. VERIFIABLE HONESTY :: Transparent claims. If it breaks, own it. │

🔭 The Active Lab (What I'm Exploring Now)

  • 🌐 Sovereign Systems & Low-Footprint Networking: Investigating memory-bounded system daemons, graceful TUN/TAP virtual network adapter lifecycle orchestration, and anti-hang watchdog recovery patterns.
  • 📊 Empirical Realities & Regional Economics: Interrogating real-world provincial labor, compensation, and panel datasets—using data to uncover empirical truth rather than to construct illusions.
  • 🧩 Zero-Backend Paradigms: Pushing the boundaries of what modern client-side browser runtimes, WebAssembly, and local storage primitives can accomplish without a single remote microservice.

Faith in transparency. Faith in code autonomy. Building tools for sovereign human beings.
