之前站点缺 SEO 基建，搜索引擎难发现/收录。本次补齐： - robots.txt（allow all + Sitemap 指向） - sitemap.xml（42 个页面：中/英首页 + 20 skill × 2 语言，带 lastmod/priority） - 每页 <link canonical>（clean URL） - hreflang 中英互链 + x-default（双语站正确归类） - og:url / og:image / twitter:card 验证：重建 42 页；robots/sitemap 生成；详情页 SEO 标签齐全；CSP 126 内联脚本 0 缺失，不受影响。
