The test command invoked "python", which is absent on systems that only ship python3.
Drop ANN101/ANN102 from the ignore list; ruff has removed both rules.
Add type aliases for the delta window handler, notify callback and commit info tuple. Allow too_many_arguments in the binding modules, where signatures follow the Subversion and Python APIs.
