Telegram distortion bot

I'm tired of waiting my queue in @DistortBot, so I decided to create my own bot.

Installation

Create .env file and put inside your telegram bot token TOKEN=<TELEGRAM_BOT_TOKEN>

$ pip install numpy pillow seam_carving dotenv python-telegram-bot
