AV1 High profile (MFX_PROFILE_AV1_HIGH, profile_idc=2) is required for 4:4:4 chroma subsampling. Expose it as a selectable profile option alongside the existing main/unknown entries. Add AV_PIX_FMT_VUYX (YUV 4:4:4 8-bit packed) and AV_PIX_FMT_XV30 (YUV 4:4:4 10-bit packed) to CODEC_PIXFMTS so the format negotiation path can select them.
