Add two options:
--throttleto add a Throttle column in percent (%) in csv--distanceto add a Distance column in meters in csv, distance to home.Useful for dashware: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HG3CKSrV1N4. In this video, Olivier_C is using an outdated modified version of blackbox_decode. This PR will add the infos he needs in the csv with the latest blackbox_decode.
