Add Shotcut support and fix Gyroflow frei0r project handling - #81

Gyro transform settings are restored after embedded motion data is loaded. Recompute the gyro so project LPF and related transforms take effect.
Provide Shotcut metadata and controls for loading Gyroflow projects, adjusting smoothness, showing the overview, and scaling timestamps. Warn that changing clip in-points can desynchronize stabilization.
Add a timestamp offset parameter to align stabilization with the source time of trimmed and split clips. Update it automatically from Shotcut's clip In point while deferring the filter write to avoid export-time reentrancy.
