chore: updating some dependencies

When updating sqlx from 0.8x to 0.9 we can see request number increasing. 0.9 contains some breaking changes and sea-orm 1x uses 0.8x... so I'm just sharing that extra info with screenshots:

I think we can update sqlx later to see if we can reduce this:

And then use the screenshot on the first comment in case people send a PR on trustify and start thinking that performance was improved
