- Updates to the version hosted at https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/4189520/GraphJS/graphjs.html
- Adds a button to split an edge AZ at the midpoint M into AMZ
- Fixes a canvas redrawing issue where the new canvas size wasn't used
Update the w and h when the canvas is resized so that the full canvas is cleared on a redraw (see drawAll)
I didn't realise vertices had to be notified of changed edges
