Executed tests on QEMU with build "-DXNNPACK_ENABLE_RISCV_VECTOR=ON -DXNNPACK_ENABLE_RISCV_FP16_VECTOR=ON". Failures limited to fp16 operator tests without RVV support (segv), which should be mostly addressed by current outstanding PRs [RVV]
