Did a critical self-review pass and found that v0.9 status was inconsistent across the docs — roadmap.md and glossary.md correctly say Final, but several other pages still said "Draft" or "Current". Most concerning: docs/specification/v0.9-a2ui.md itself opened with v0.9 — Draft, which directly contradicts the rest of the PR.

• docs/specification/v0.8-a2ui.md — single forward-pointer to v0.9 changed from (Draft) → (Final)
• docs/index.md — version table, summary line, and footer link all updated
• docs/introduction/what-is-a2ui.md — tab label v0.9 (Current) → v0.9 (Final)
• docs/concepts/overview.md — tab label v0.9 (Draft) → v0.9 (Final)
• docs/quickstart.md — same tab label fix
• docs/glossary.md — fixed renderer-status note to point at Define a status taxonomy for renderers (parallel to spec version taxonomy from #1240) #1321 instead of Clearly label the status of each specification version #1240

v0.8 labels are intentionally left as "Stable" everywhere to minimize churn — that can be a follow-up cleanup. "Standard catalog" remains in v0.8-specific contexts (the file is literally standard_catalog_definition.json).
