Bump the desktop version to 0.0.19 for a build-only signed Canary from current main (011dc42).
Includes the gateway fix from #201 (#200): paired hosts no longer echo channel listings to each other, which starved Ace Helper and made "Loading chat" take 20–60 s. 0.0.18 (#199, run 37639979472) was released separately and is unchanged.
