Keybinding regresssions

Describe the bug

The following key bindings are no longer working:

• ctrl + c (cancel request)
• ctrl + shift + j (new line)

Using Copilot CLI in Tmux, running in Ghostty on MacOS.

Affected version

GitHub Copilot CLI 1.0.56

Steps to reproduce the behavior

1. In the CLI, hit ctrl + c and ctrl+shift+j.
2. Nothing happens

Expected behavior

ctrl + c should cancle a request
ctrl + shift + j should add a new line

Additional context

I tried using the /terminal-setup command but that did nothing.

This should be resolved as of v1.0.57, which the release notes call out specifically: Ctrl+C and other modified keys now work correctly inside tmux. The newline keybinding got a follow-up fix that shipped shortly after, so both should work if you update to the latest release (currently v1.0.59). If you still see issues after updating, please comment with details and we'll take another look.
