LGTM, could also be worth duplicating this to the troubleshooting page, but fine to merge as-is.

I'm unsure about this. In the troubleshooting guide, we usually have a specific problem and then suggest a solution to it. This is a question, and not a problem. Maybe it would make sense to add a top-level FAQ for such questions? If yes, I would do that in a follow up PR.

My concern is just people will not find the FAQ if it's on the getting started page and not in the side menu, that's why I thought about the troubleshooting session. I'll leave it to you where it fits best.

Yes, that's also my concern. I will create a common top level faq section instead. Thanks for the input @philprime

Post edit: but definitely not in this PR.
