In general ok, but please move the safety analysis in dependability/safety_analysis and adapt the CI to run not only dependability/requirements/... but on dependability/....

Update all 39 FTA PlantUML files to use score_tooling metamodel: - Change include from relative paths to 'fta_metamodel.puml' - Add @score_tooling//plantuml:fta_metamodel dependency to all filegroups containing .puml files This aligns with the folder restructuring where safety_analysis is now directly under dependability/ instead of dependability/requirements/.
