- The method now includes an optional enabled key. - This key can be used to enable or disable the method on the proxy side.

- Remove enabled_method_names parameter from SetupMethods() - GetMethodIdAndQueueSizeFromNames() reads enabled flag from config - Update proxy infrastructure and all test cases
