Adds support for ElfomoFi trades on Base.

• Registers elfomofi in dex_info.sql
• New incremental model elfomofi_base_base_trades reading ElfomoFi_evt_ElfomoTrade and standardizing trade columns
• Includes elfomofi_base_base_trades in the dex_base_base_trades union
• Defines source elfomofi_base and adds seed schema elfomofi_base_base_trades_seed with CSV for data tests
• Updates base/_schema.yml to configure model metadata and tests
