Reviewed as low risk. This updates only the hook-environment ansible-lint pin from 26.6.0 to 26.8.0. Upstream changes are bug fixes, security dependency updates, and environment/path handling fixes; the repository's ansible-core 2.21.3 is supported. I resolved the one-line merge conflict by preserving current main's ansible-core pin and this PR's ansible-lint pin. The effective diff remains one line and all refreshed checks pass.
