    @arhimede

    To allow us to move forward with adding PHP 8.5 support to this package, I had to add a couple of hacks:

    Hack #1 Temporarily remove mezzio/mezzio from composer.json
    Because we must require laminas/laminas-stratigility 4.3 (the first version to support PHP 8.5) but Mezzio on the current version 3.x is stuck at Stratigility ^3.5

    Hack #2 Comment out some tests until Mezzio upgrades Stratigility
    Because some tests had Mezzio dependencies which do not exist without requiring Mezzio.

    Once Mezzio upgrades its Stratigility implementation - see open PR - we can undo the above hacks and everything should work as before.

    Let me know if these hacks are not acceptable.
    I will not merge the existing PR(s) without your approval knowing the above.

    In the current mezzio version 3.x , stratigility will stay at 3.x, i do not think will jump to version 4.
    Only on mezzio 4 will require statigility 4.

    "laminas/laminas-stratigility": "^3.5" is currently at 8.4, and we should open a ticket at stratigility to ahve 8.5 support in 3.x branch too

    I think the correct hack right now is to use the below:
    https://github.com/mezzio/mezzio/blob/3.24.x/.laminas-ci.json

    and will use this one for other Dotkernel packages too

    also we should use in composer.json the line

    "platform": { "php": "8.2.99" }

    .laminas-ci.json only helps CI stuff to pass in workflows.
    It does not allow installing the package in projects.

    Lovely.
    That mean we need to try to add PHP 8.5 in stratigility 3.x @Jurj-Bogdan

    If we remove mezzio from this package, anyway will conflict with the rest when will try to install it in API on PHP 8.5 ...
