Konflux task patches are not coming through #1779

on Jul 13, 2026 Reopening to ensure Konflux patch PRs run tomorrow.
The Konflux Docs state that the Konflux patching only runs on "Saturdays after 5AM", I've opened the following PRs to address this enforcement:
PRs are merging, will keep this issue open until I confirm this Saturday that we start receiving Konflux patch PRs again. If the silence continues will follow up next sprint with support.
Noticed Konflux app silently requested for additional read/write permissions to workflows and commit statuses, I accepted and re-installed along with original permissions. This could as well add to allowing Konflux to begin opening PRs again.

Describe the bug:
Konflux task patch PRs are not coming through due to our usage exceeding its limits, you can see that it creates the patch branch but fails to open the PR: https://github.com/devfile/registry-support/tree/konflux/references/main
To Reproduce:
Always reproduced by the redhat-konflux-bot.
Expected Behavior
Konflux task patch PRs should be created every Tuesdays and Thursdays or else this can degrade EC checks and block service deployments and contrib PRs.
Renovate config should respect quota limits and setup schedules and groupings that ensure regular patching across the board.
Any logs, error output, screenshots etc? Provide the devfile that sees this bug, if applicable

Suggestion on how to fix the bug
Following changes should be made to resolve quota limits and maximize essential patching on a regular basis:
