The deeptools sample data file no longer available in galaxy website

If you would like to try out the protocols with sample data, go to deepTools Galaxy –> “Shared Data” –> “Data Libraries” –> “deepTools Test Files”. Simply select BED/BAM/bigWig files and click, “to History”. You can also download the test data sets to your computer by clicking “Download” at the top.

I follow the guide to try to download the Test files, however the data are no longer available. Could you please re-upload those files. Thanks.

Thanks for the reminder. The galaxy deepTools instance no longer exists. I'll talk to the EU Galaxy team about making test data available there.

@bgruening I'll have to get back to you on the structure. If I still have VPN access I can look at what we used to have. Can regular users create globally visible data libraries? I'm not used to be a non-admin on Galaxy instances :P

No, they can't, but I can set one up for you or populate them.
Alternatively, you can add a similar file to GTN.yml to https://github.com/usegalaxy-eu/shared-data ... then those file get uploaded automatically.
