Summary
Why
Previously, after completing OAuth in the popup, the toast "Authentication successful" was shown but parts of the UI still reflected the unauthenticated state until the user reloaded by hand.
Before
After
Summary by cubic
Reload the connection settings page after successful OAuth so the authenticated state (tools, prompts, resources from the MCP server) appears immediately. Removes the need to manually refresh after the success toast.
