DBOS__CLOUDenv var is true, read app name fromDBOS_APP_NAMEenv var instead ofDBOSConfigNote: If DBOS__CLOUD is true and DBOS_APP_NAME in empty / unset, DBOS.launch will throw. Not 100% sure if that is the correct behavior or if we should fallback to the dbos config app name
