- Add android:exported=true to manifest to solve installation errors. - Read commented-out libSDL2.so and remove libhidapi.so. - Remove hidapi from Activity.java.in. - Bump Android SDL2 to 2.32.10 to pick up Android bug fixes. - Patch SDL2 to manually desugar lambdas and solve launch errors, since we don't use gradle/d8 to desugar them during build.

With these changes, EE arm64-v8a builds install, launch, and run on a Pixel 7 running Android 15 and a Pixel 9a running Android 16. Would fix #2708, but this solution isn't very good.
