Make changes to the config/ files

The operator sdk has generated configs with default namespace, name and labels.

Replace them with suitable words.

• In a vanilla kubernetes the replication controller should be in the kube-system namespace.
• The sidecar controller should be in the same namespace as the csi-driver.
• The nameprefix volume-replication-operator might be too long, good to have a shorter prefix.
• Delete the labels/metadata which don't apply.
• Add suitable labels.
