[Request] Separate "Strip fonts" from "split chapters"

Splitting the chapters leads to inaccurate "page in chapter" display and leaves blank pages, so I'd like to try to optimise a book by stripping the fonts but leaving the chapters/paragraphs as is. Could this be separated out into two separate features?

More generally, the split chapters is way to aggressive in splitting into small chunks (making it basically unusable) and should probably be revised
