Superseded by d47b013, which lands this bump as part of one verified workspace batch.

The Pi packages have to move together — splitting them installs two copies of pi-ai and forks the Model type identity, which is what reddened the individual Pi PRs here. OpenTUI and ai resolved above the proposed versions because the declared ranges already accept them.

Verified together: 1114 opencode + 2 pi tests, typecheck, build, lint, format.
