What changed? Why?
This PR updates our Alert spacing to match latest design. On web our padding was slightly off and on both platforms our gap was too large.
This was done in v9 branch since it could be a breaking change.
Root cause (required for bugfixes)
We are unsure if this was a bug or a design change where eng wasn't notified. We enabled dev mode on the component in figma to alert for future changes.
