• Add release-loop-gate.yml + RELEASE.md (supersedes conflicted ci: add release-loop-gate workflow #305)
• Land stories/loop-worktree-week-two.md from Add loop worktree story #299 (story only; drops accidental matrix edits) — closes Share your loop-worktree week-two story #229
• Bump loop-audit → 1.6.1, loop-mcp-server → 1.1.0 for npm publish
• STATE.md refresh

After merge: tag loop-gate-v1.0.0, loop-audit-v1.6.1, loop-mcp-server-v1.1.0.
