Certs in policy-server/integration/fixtures/metron/ expired Sep 12 2026 and certs in policy-server/integration/fixtures/ expire Sep 27 2026. Regenerated all with 18-month validity through Mar 2028. Also adds a regenerate-certs.sh script for the metron fixtures directory. ai-assisted=yes
