[Feature] Check for update in app

Not sure if someone has already suggested this feature or not but it would be great to have a button in Feather that would check to see if you have an update for Feather and if you don’t it could prompt you to go to the GitHub releases to download the latest version

There's technical reasons on why this isn't a thing at this moment, for one using itms-services for self-updating is inapplicable, unless you have an external server to do updates.

It wouldn’t necessarily have to be “self-updating”. Even if it just checked to see if the version you are on is up to date.

That's fairly reasonable, I'd say most applications these days do that and there can just be a toggle to turn it off for those who find update nags annoying

You also don’t need an external server for it. You can just use the GitHub api to check for the latest release tag and compare it
