http4k-connect-amazon-dynamodb: [Unlikely Break] DynamoDbContract.table (testFixtures) is now an abstract property supplied by the implementing test, instead of a get() which recomputed TableName.sample(suffix = uuid(0)) on every access: against an implementation whose uuid() is random (RealAwsContract), create() made one table and the test bodies then addressed a different, non-existent one. LocalDynamoTest had already had to override it to work around this; implementations that relied on the default now supply a fixed name.
