Updates remaining hard-coded references to the old MilesCranmer/PySR location:

  • Docs site config (docs/src/.vitepress/config.mts): GitHub nav link, discussions link, and edit-link pattern → astroautomata/PySR
  • Docs content (docs/src/options.md): SymbolicRegression.jl losses link → astroautomata.github.io
  • README.md / CONTRIBUTORS.md: all-contributors table links (commits/issues/PRs per contributor) → astroautomata/PySR
  • Example notebook: historical PR link → new org path
  • Test comment (test_torch.py) and scripts/paper_image_sync.py PR-message string → new org path

Intentionally left unchanged:

  • CHANGELOG.md: historical release notes keep their original URLs
  • MilesCranmer/PySR_Docs references (docs/papers.yml, paper-image scripts/workflow): that repo has not been transferred (astroautomata/PySR_Docs does not exist)
  • MilesCranmer/sympy2jax link: separate personal repo, not transferred

The canonical documentation URL remains https://ai.damtp.cam.ac.uk/pysr/ everywhere.

Codecov Report

✅ All modified and coverable lines are covered by tests.

📢 Thoughts on this report? Let us know!

The SR.jl docs are served with clean URLs (no trailing slash);
the /dev/losses/ path 404s on both the old and new hosts.
