Purpose
Reuse REST table metadata for native planning/reading to avoid duplicate initialization. Older Rust versions keep the existing path.
Depends on apache/paimon-rust#922.
Tests
103 tests and Flake8 passed. Real-table setup median: 299ms → 104ms (three trials; same snapshot/splits; planner time excluded).
