Prepare providers release 2026-08-18.

29 providers released: 1 major, 10 minor, 17 patch, plus keycloak re-cut at its existing
0.9.0 (the 2026-08-01 RC was excluded, so this builds as rc2).

Major bumps

• microsoft.azure 14.1.0 → 15.0.0 — Azure batch 15x migration #71071 migrates AzureBatchHook /
  AzureBatchOperator to the azure-batch 15.x track-2 SDK: get_conn returns BatchClient
  instead of BatchServiceClient, configure_pool no longer accepts os_family /
  os_version, AzureBatchOperator no longer accepts os_family, and the SDK renamed the
  Batch model classes. Migration guidance is in the changelog note.

Notable

• common.ai 0.7.0 → 0.8.0 includes Bound SQL toolset query results by size, not just row count #71317, which changes the shape returned by the query
  tool of SQLToolset and DataFusionToolset — rows are now columnar and count is
  replaced by row_count. Listed under Features with a migration note explaining how to
  adapt; whether it should be called out as a significant change is still open in review.
• fab 3.8.1 includes Validate issuer and audience of Azure AD id_tokens in FAB auth manager #71735, validating the issuer and audience of Azure AD id_tokens.

Not released

• akeyless, clickhousedb and sendgrid were dropped during review — their only pending
  changes are not user-facing (a lifecycle field, dependency floors added while pinning
  constraints, and a docs move). informatica likewise, its only change being an aiohttp
  bump inside dev/informatica_simulator/, which ships in neither wheel nor sdist. All four
  are attributed as doc-only rather than left pending. akeyless additionally carries a
  regenerated README.rst so its dependency table matches pyproject.toml.
• 25 providers received a doc-only marker update with no version bump.
• The remaining 51 have no user-facing changes and are not released.

Entries for repo-wide, non-user-facing changes (#71161, #71324, #71378) are kept in the
excluded block rather than the visible changelog.

uv.lock is updated with the new workspace member versions.
