What does this PR do?
Closes #5114 feature request: a QoL enhancement that enables removing models from the Recent list by hitting Del key. The hotkey hint only appears when hovering over recent models.
This allows smooth cycling of our models without worrying that models we try and don't like end up cluttering the F2 carrousel.
How did you verify your code works?
Ran on Windows and tested different scenarios: single/multiple recent models in list with and without favorites existing.
