Bumps the
buildsubmodule tof7ad045, picking up the publisher hardening from angular-schule/website-articles-build#8: transient PDS errors (429/5xx) are retried with backoff, and a publish failure is logged instead of failing the whole article-data build/deploy.Pure submodule-pointer bump — no workflow/env changes.
