DYNAMIC MINIMIZER: a library capable to compute dynamic minimizers

Contributors

The library was written by Alexander Petri during his Master's thesis.

While the algorithm itself was implemented by Alexander Petri, the B-tree as well as the Dynamic String are libraries which were provided by Simon Puglisi and Massimiliano Rossi.
