Multi-objective optimization best_solution function #330

The best_solution function allows multi-objective optimization, but always return 0 index from population instead of the best solution.

    The current multi-objective best_solution() ranks solutions using non-dominated sorting and crowding distance rather than always returning the first population member. I verified a case where the best solution is at index 2 and the returned solution, fitness, and index agree. See current implementation. I am closing this as fixed.
