Summary
This PR extends two Concierge experience-event schemas with new properties and clearer descriptions to support lead tracking, attribution, engagement metrics, and sales workflows.

engaged-with-representative-in-concierge.schema.json — Adds xdm:visitorProfileID (string, under Business representative) for the RT-CDP visitor/lead ID used in lead tracking and chat attribution, and xdm:durationInSeconds (integer) for total chat duration. xdm:completedBy gets a new value VISITOR_DROPPED_OFF. xdm:summary and xdm:transcript descriptions are updated to state they are AI-generated summary and URL/content for rep review.
scheduled-meeting-in-concierge.schema.json — Adds xdm:conciergeDetails with xdm:conciergeName; xdm:durationInMinutes, xdm:createdAt (ISO 8601), and xdm:comments for meeting context. xdm:consultantEmail and xdm:consultantName descriptions are clarified for notifications, calendar use, and rep tracking.
