ggsc: Visualizing Single Cell and Spatial Transcriptomics

Useful functions to visualize single cell and spatial data. It supports visualizing ‘Seurat’, ‘SingleCellExperiment’ and ‘SpatialExperiment’ objects through grammar of graphics syntax implemented in ‘ggplot2’.
